Enjoy all you care to eat dining on the RMU campus! Our service model allows you to enjoy more of the expanded menu in smaller portions, and go back for additional servings if you choose.
The PNC Food Court houses the following stations:
The Kitchen offers a variety of freshly prepared homestyle entrées and sides. The menu also includes vegetarian options as well as seasonal and international flavors.
Bravissimo is a chef-attended made-to-order station featuring customized omelets each day and a featured build-your-own meal experience for lunch or dinner.
Toss is a unique station that offers a rotating menu based on our own favorite culinary brand concepts such as Cinco Cantina, Pastasciutta, Leaf & Grain, Slo Smok, Terra 22, and Wild About Waffles.
The Grill features fan favorites like fresh beef and veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, hand-breaded chicken tenders, and fresh-cut French fries. Items can be customized with a great selection of toppings, sauces, and more.
The Oven takes traditional pizza to a whole new level with fresh, house-made dough to start. On top of a selection of great pizzas to choose from, there will also be a rotating variety of pastas, cassoulets, strombolis, calzones, and even sweet desserts! Fresh breadsticks and warm marinara sauce are always available, too.
The Deli has a selection of beloved RMU signature sandwiches to choose from or you can have a custom creation made for you.
Inspired Eats showcases a menu of delicious entrées and sides that constantly change and all items are free of the top 9 allergens, including gluten. It’s a favorite for those with a dietary restriction, athletes looking for lean and filling fuel, and anyone else wanting fresh and flavorful variety!
The Salad and Soup Bar features an incredible variety of greens, fresh produce, homemade dressings, assorted grains, and delightful pre-made salad choices. During breakfast, you’ll find a selection of yogurts, seasonal toppings, and fresh fruit. You will also find four fresh homemade soups each day.
